Villa One

2 Bedroom - Price : Low USD 450++ | High USD 550++ | Peak USD 650++

The elegant two-bedroom Cinta Villa takes its name from the Indonesian word for love, and guests will understand why when they see just how much love and thought has gone into its design and creation. Offering peace and tranquillity in the heart of Seminyak’s ‘Golden Triangle’, just 400 metres from the beach on Bali’s southwest coast, the two-storey property presents contemporary Balinese architecture, and a choice of tropical open-living or air-conditioned comfort. It is set well back from the road within a secure enclave.

The fully air-conditioned villa comprises two spacious living rooms, a separate dining room, two bedrooms each with a glamorous ensuite bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, an open-air entertainment terrace, and a 12 x 4 metre swimming pool and ‘bale’ relaxation pavilion within a walled garden. Luxurious facilities include a Jacuzzi and a far-infrared sauna. Cinta Villa can also be rented on a one-bedroom basis.

Living Room
There are two spacious, air-conditioned living rooms at Cinta Villa, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Each has a marble floor and is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas upholstered in attractive fabrics, a glass-topped coffee table, soft furnishings, artwork, artefacts and decorative accessories.

Each is equipped with a 42-inch, plasma screen, satellite-channel TV and DVD player and surround sound, thus making it a home theatre. Taking advantage of Cinta Villa's tropical location, floor-to-ceiling folding glass doors can be closed for air-conditioned comfort or opened up to create a semi-alfresco ambience, cooled by ceiling fans and gentle breezes.

Dining Rooms
The separate dining room has a marble floor and is furnished with a solid wood dining table, six plush dining chairs, and a decorative wall mirror. Long drapes in a rich two-toned fabric grace the windows, while the room is softly lit with a shimmering, classically-shaped crystal chandelier. The dining room has folded glass doors, which can be opened to enjoy the tropical living experience – with the room cooled by ceiling fans – or closed for air-conditioned comfort.

Kitchen
The stylish open plan kitchen – conveniently linked to the dining room by sliding glass doors – is a dream in polished black granite; fully equipped with a large fridge, Moderna oven, four-burner gas hob, cooker extractor hood and other imported appliances. It also features a bar, which is open to the garden with a carved stone façade flanked by four high bar chairs.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There are two air-conditioned bedrooms at Cinta Villa; one is situated on the ground floor with glass doors that open to the pool and garden, while the other is situated upstairs with glass doors that open to the entertainment terrace. Flaunting a coffee and cinnamon theme, both have timber floors, and both are furnished with four poster king beds, night tables, lamps, cabinets, an iPod dock, a bar fridge, day curtains and black out curtains. Each luxurious ensuite air-conditioned marble bathroom has a non-slip acid marble floor, and is fitted with wardrobes, a huge wall mirror, twin washbasins, a walk-in rainshower, bathtub and toilet.

Entertainment Terrace
The villa also has a broad and breezy stone entertainment terrace accessed from the bedroom and living room on the upper floor. This wonderful party space affords great sunset views; it is furnished with an all-weather rattan table and chairs, and is bounded by a wall and a flowering border of bougainvillea and coral fountain.

Garden & Pool
The walled garden is adorned with statues and water features, and planted with tropical trees and shrubs, including sweet scented frangipanis, palms, and red-trunked sealing wax palms. It is distinguished by a flat lawn and a 12 x 4 metre swimming pool, with an outdoor Jacuzzi big enough for six persons, and timber pool deck, presided over by a traditional thatched ‘bale’ relaxation pavilion. The king size bale is fitted with a deep day mattress and cushions against a backdrop of a stone carved frieze, portraying the love story of Rama and Sita, the two principal characters of the great Hindu epic, ‘The Ramayana’. The pool deck is furnished with sunloungers and umbrellas, and there is also a two-person far-infrared sauna and an outdoor pool shower. The garden is stunningly lit at night and a gas-fired barbeque is available. The staff service area is hidden out of sight.

FAR Infra Red Sauna
Custom-fitted in the garden is a glass-fronted, far-infrared sauna. The health giving properties of far-infrared saunas are extraordinary, allowing us to activate the sweat glands and eliminate toxins, while also increasing circulation, boosting the immune system, rejuvenating skin cells, promoting weight loss and improving our wellbeing. This totally safe concept in saunas works by emitting infrared radiation similar to the heat from the sun, only without the harmful ultraviolet rays. The advantage of the infrared radiation is that it heats the skin directly without warming the air, resulting in deeper tissue penetration.

Service
Cinta Villa is supported by a carefully selected team of highly trained staff who will do their best to ensure that their guests experience a truly enjoyable stay in Bali. The team includes two personal butlers, housekeepers, a gardener and 24-hour security guards. Baby-sitting and massage services, together with the facilities of a car, a driver, a tour guide and extra staff are also available on request. The villa can be rented on a self catering basis, or the services of an excellent chef can be arranged either on a full time basis or for specific meals with 24 hours notice.
